Videonystagmography and caloric testing produce high-frame-rate infrared video that is part of the permanent medical record, so it cannot simply live on one exam-room computer. We design storage that keeps these recordings encrypted, organized by patient and date, and easy to retrieve when a clinician or payer needs them. Automated, tested backups protect against drive failure, theft, or ransomware, and we plan retention so studies remain readable for the years your state and payers require. We also make sure the VNG workstation itself stays fast so recording and playback never lag during an appointment. The goal is that no balance study is ever lost, corrupted, or unavailable when you need it.
