We support the infrastructure and endpoints that PointClickCare and MatrixCare depend on, including nursing-station workstations, eMAR and eTAR medication carts, mobile devices, and the network and interfaces that keep them fast. When charting lags during an MDS assessment window or a medication pass, we troubleshoot the local environment and coordinate directly with the EHR vendor to resolve it. We also make sure lab, pharmacy, and billing interfaces stay connected so PDPM coding and documentation are never interrupted. Keeping your EHR responsive at every station is a core part of what we do.
