Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Medical IT Company website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who We Are

Medical IT Company provides healthcare-focused IT services — including managed IT, cybersecurity, HIPAA-focused compliance support, backup and disaster recovery, cloud, and related services — to medical practices and healthcare organizations across the continental United States. You can reach us 24/7 at (888) 850-1450.

Use of This Website

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest content or data, introduce malicious code, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

Client Relationships Are Governed by Separate Agreements

The Site describes our services in general terms. The actual delivery of IT services to clients is governed exclusively by separately executed agreements — such as a master services agreement, statement of work, service-level terms, and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Nothing on this Site creates a service engagement, and in the event of any conflict between this Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

No Professional Advice

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, compliance, insurance, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals familiar with your specific circumstances. Regulatory requirements such as HIPAA are fact-specific; consult your own counsel or compliance advisors.

Do Not Submit Patient Information

The Site’s forms are for general business inquiries only and are not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient information through the Site. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information collected through the Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and design — are owned by Medical IT Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Submissions

If you send us information through the Site (for example, a contact-form message), you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide our services. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the Site unless we have asked you to.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical IT Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section applies to the Site only; liability related to contracted IT services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medical IT Company and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Medical IT Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts of that state.
