That includes support for senior-living EHRs like PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or Yardi, eMAR and nurse call reliability, resident and staff WiFi, access control and wander management, family portals, telehealth, and campus-wide backup and disaster recovery. On the compliance side, you need HIPAA safeguards plus documentation to satisfy CMS conditions of participation and state surveys.
